The reason is the recent political decisions in the USA, which make it impossible to deliver exactly what is required by the government.

Most important issue is that we are not able to enclose various required material documents together with the goods. All our springs are produced in top quality wire and production, which secure top quality, but many of our stock items were manufactured before new increased requirements for material documentation were introduced in the USA, and therefore, we simply don’t have necessary documentation.

Due to the new regulations our Customers in the USA, may also be charged severely additional costs when receiving the package, additional costs that are completely outside our control.

These requirements only apply to deliveries to the USA. We suggest our Canadian customers to use the website www.industrial-springs.com instead.
